Born to an Italian immigrant family from Southern Italy, Albert grew up in Pittsburg, California, in a lineage of fishermen. Determined to contribute to his rapidly growing community, Albert pursued his vision of building family homes. With no collateral but his calloused, hardworking hands as proof of his dedication, he secured a bank loan and laid the foundation for Seeno Homes.
